Where's Jeff Alcott, I need to expose him?

He's a little bit ch who has a big mouth for a small, little, tiny, skinny (you name it) person who would probably snap his wrist in 1/2 if he ever lifted 5lbs with one arm. God only knows how he passed his fitness tests. Good thing they gave him a gun, one less police funeral out of tax payers pockets.
