I'm 5'11 and 135 pounds, I'm thin, yet I have barely any muscle on my upper body, and no abdominal definition though. I would like to mainly add definition to my abdominals, and probably add some upper body strength overall, but Im not really interested in getting absolutely jacked. I don't know if I should like start running to lose whatever fat is still on my stomach or if i should just start doing lifting and a lot of crunches.
