Where can I purchase real estate within 100km of Montreal that is NOT crazy expensive?

Hubby wants to buy me a second property, more like a weekend get away. It needs to be within 100km of Montreal. It can be in United States. Something close to a body of water would be nice. But nothing that is "stupid" expensive like the property in Montreal. It must be serviced. (i.e. water, electricity, and a navigable road) Is there a magazine or a real estate company that specializes in rural get-aways?
