If a woman and a man are doing a job that requires heavy lifting the woman shouldn't have to lift as much?

Nope. That's why I keep saying I have no problem with equality -- as long as the women has to do the same job I do, meet the same physical standards that I do, and do the same physical labor being able to lift and move the same amount of weight as I do. Oh, it also means no more holding the door for her, no more helping her with her coat, no more pulling out her chair at the dinner table, and no more picking up the check every time we go out. Equality means neither group receives special treatment.
