What happens if i been breast feeding for 2 days and pumping and now its my first nite without pumping?

the reason why im not pumping is i cant find a pump anywhere in my area i was told by the doctor i would find one at a pharmacy or rental im getting run around.now its almost midnight i have not pumped since 400pm today.the baby is in the ICU because she was born at 34 weeks i will find one in the morning for sure but im in pain cant sleep what can help me tell the morning.what will happen to my breast when i pump after 24 hours of not pumping please help.im really upset and i cant walk around alot im still in pain from the birth im in montreal canada lachine maybe if u know a number or rental place to rent one please let me know thanks
