E.L.F. cosmetics help?

I am ordering from E.L.F. cosmetics ( eyes lip face) on the website, however I noticed that there is a custom fee if ordering more than 20$. I live in Montreal, Canada and was wondering if anyone else had to pay a fee when receiving their package.
