Half of my Toenail is Coming off and the other is fine?

I was playing basketball and this tall girl jumped on my feet, its been 3 months, and my half toenail is lifting up and I can pull it up, but the other half is fine!! Will the whole thing come off? And will it hurt bad? What should I do?
