My stepdad touches me?

i had a really bad sun burn and my step dad looked at it. he lifted up my shirt and said how it was bad and pulled down my bra to look at my boobs. later in my room her looked lower at the tan line and touched very low down there and said u don't need to shave. i'm very uncomfortable and i don't know who to tell because i'm socially awkward with my mom. what do i do?
