What could be causing pain, weakness and limited mobility in my shoulder?

It has been like this for about a week or so, and its happened once before. I work at a grocery store where i am constantly lifting both light and heavy objects. Its a pain that occurs throughout my right shoulder. the pain varies from dull to intense surges once in a while, especially if i move it a certain way. i was just wondering what this may be?
