That all makes plenty of sense but if you start lifting weights maybe it'll be something you love and will want to do it your entire life. It's a good way to stay in shape and it will make you feel good, if you do it the correct way. My dad has been a body builder since he was in his 20s and he's now 51 and still lifts weights. Granted he doesn't go as hard as he used to but it keeps him in shape and he loves it! I hope this helped some :)!
