No matter what i do i can't tone or loose weight???? please readdddd?
So for the past 2 months or so I have been alternating running 4 miles and lifting with 45 mins of aerobic dance the next day with yoga and the next day doing circuits for 30 mins along with push ups and leg and ab exercises and basically rotating through those every week with a rest day every 2 weeks. I also have been limiting myself to about 1200-1600 calories a day and I am 5'8 and fluctuate between 140 and 145 lbs and I really want to get down to 135 lbs but my weight hasn't changed at all and its not because of muscle gain because I do sports and run all year.... help please any tips??? thanks!
