Ive been looking to add a fast way to get carbs in my system right after lifting. I was wondering if adding a packet of Carb BOOM! Gel to my post-workout whey protien shake (i.e. mixing it with the whey proetin powder then adding water and mixing altogether) would be a good idea . Comments/input/quick ways to get carbs after lifting appreciated. If any questions post as an answer and I will edit the question.
