23 weeks pregnant and pain?

I have a one year old daughter that I can barley take care of because i am in so much pain. I am 23 weeks pregnant. The pain is all over my body I feel like I am 9 months pregnant. I can not do daily activities easily. It hurts to walk and sit on the toilet or couch. I can not lift my legs off the ground to the couch or bed. The doctor said they can not evaluate me in the office to go to the emergency but I do not want to waste my time for them to brush me off and tell me its ligament pain or that's just pregnancy. It hurts so bad I am taking Tylenol 3 for pain and that still isn't helping. Does anyone else feel like this when they were only 5 months pregnant?
