Are there summer camps (music, dance, writing, martial arts) for adults?

I have a week off by/for myself this August and would like to do something fun and lively in good company. Does anyone know of camps for adults, where we can do singing, dancing, writing or martial arts? (Or combo of these!). I live in Montreal, Canada and could travel up to a few hundred miles.
