I need some serious advice! I pray someone on here can give some great advice...?

now i wont make this long...me and my fiancee live in a 1 bedroom apartment with his son and i am pregnant..we want to move but GODS will may not want that just yet...or maybe HE does i dont know..but anyway whether it is in his will for us to move or not I want to be prepared to make the best out of this situation...i would be sooo adamant about moving if this place we live in wasnt a dump! i mean i dont know what is=ts called but there are gaps between the floor and the wall like the wall has lifted from the floor, the bathroom walls and floor are peeling, he is also a home barber so the room he cuts hair in is also in the same shape, the kitchen is not bad but i hate the sink...I prayed on it...and maybe if we do some home improvement it would make out situation look a hundred times better! But my stubborn fiancee doesnt want to do anything with the house because he says its the landlords job, which he isnt doin neither..So you see my predicament..unless some1 blesses us with about 5 grand to move we will be living here with a baby and his 7 year old son in a 1 bedroom apartment with a busy barbershop...but with GOD anything is possible..what advice can you give me???
