Is he just a nice guy?

Ok so what would you think about this guy who is my bros friend , he offered me a lift home and when he had hardly spoken too me he also when he got his license insisted in telling me , and then when all this happens around the same time his mum decided to complement me?? Like I mean it probably means nothing but it was weird how all this occured in such a short time. He hasn't talked too me but I don't no if it's because his not intrested in me or because where not friends and not really in each others lives(if that makes sense) and because I don't really know him. Anyways he is probably just a nice guy right??
