Under my eye I have "bumps" under it where the skin is lifted, how do i get rid of this?

I am sick with a cold. I was just outside today and I came back and just before there was another one right below my eye. It soon went away and has moved a little lower...But it is still clearly visible that there is a bump under my eye. What is this and how do I get rid of this?
