What should I do? Please help?!?

I want to go to school in New York, (NYU if I can). I presently am in Montreal and I am just done with high school, I just got in cegep in communication for 2 years. But I heard I can't go into a graduate program after that, I need to go in a undergraduate program. I want to go in law, what should I do?
