Can I transfer from a US petsmart to a canadian Petsmart?

I am a Petsmart employee and an American Citizen in the United States and in a year or two my husband and I want to move to either Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver Canada, and I love working for petsmart and would like to transfer within the company. Is it possible to transfer with ease.
