How to see more results from working out? and other related questions?

I workout every week about 5 times, 4 at the least. my routine is monday-chest/tricep. tuesday-back/biceps. wednesday-legs. thursday- shoulder, forearms, abs. friday-saturday is mostly cardio and maybe a little bit of weights. i used to workout full body monday through thursday and even though its not good i still saw a lot of progress. with the routine i use now i still do see results but not as much and i feel like i lose some of the muscle while the week that i rest that specific muscle. I do take a supplement, syntha-6, but is there anything else that i can do that will get me more results? and my second question was if i do cardio after lifting weights should i drink my protein shirt before the cardio or after?
