I am fixing to turn 18, I was stupid and had sex one time. It has almost been 3 months and I'm still having a period, its not heavy but not light. Why does my goalie and defense suck in NHL10 online league?

Whenever me and my friend play with our league it seems like our goalie couldn't stop a beach ball. Not even one timers or close deak shots just outside un-screened un-deflected shots go right by him when we are working our butts off to get it in the zone and get good shots that never work. Often we outshoot the other team and get much better opportunities but still lose. Also it seems like our computer defense cannot do a thing it ends up with our wings playing the defense. They never step up or do anything they always go for lift and poke checks and never land them when the other teams defense are superstars stopping us on nearly every drive. They block shots, lift ans poke check us and get the puck loose, and step up and lay us out i dont get it it seems like the other teams goalie and defense are superstars and ours suck.

I just started running everyday, I run for a mile and walk two. This is an hour altogether. I am 19 year old female and weigh 179 but look 140-150. I actually want to go down to 140 but I don't think that will happen by August or September. I am a vegetarian (2 years) and I just stopped eating junk food totally, drinking mostly water, no soda, and I didn't really eat sweets before so that's not a problem since I don't crave it. I can do 43 push ups in a minute and 58 sit ups. I also play zumba on the wii sometimes, and I have been lifting weights since September but it has only gained me muscle, I want to go to a gym again and also take krav maga classes. I don't really eat snacks during the day, as in I dont get hungry. I eat three meals a day and I'm full. I have a small stomach. That all makes plenty of sense but if you start lifting weights maybe it'll be something you love and will want to do it your entire life. if you're saying Toronto area, Ottawa is about 4 hours away and Montreal is about 6 hours away so you have to decide where you want to go. The city is definitely not a quiet place. If you're looking for scenic places ,you'll find some parks in the Toronto area, High Park in the west being a pretty big one. there is also the harborfront and there are a couple of beaches around there and in the east end as well. Niagara is definitely a more scenic location with a lot of things to do and it also has a nightlife near the falls. Montreal and Ottawa you are probably looking more at museums and tourist attractions. Ottawa has the Parliament buildings you can visit and there are some museums as well; Montreal is similar too. Toronto has a lot more to do but it all depends on what you want to do.

Im about 200 pounds, 5'7. I just started working out no more than 6months ago. I have a good weight lifting routine(day 1-chest and back, day 2-biceps and triceps, day3-shoulders and legs) and i try to do cardio everyday and core a couple times a week. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and take 2-3 days off and change my routine often to avoid muscle memory. I seem to have hit a plateau a month ago, i lost 30 pounds but havent gone under 200 yet. How can I add more muscule and add definition to my abs, I'm thin?

I'm 5'11 and 135 pounds, I'm thin, yet I have barely any muscle on my upper body, and no abdominal definition though. I would like to mainly add definition to my abdominals, and probably add some upper body strength overall, but Im not really interested in getting absolutely jacked. I don't know if I should like start running to lose whatever fat is still on my stomach or if i should just start doing lifting and a lot of crunches.

Border Collies fur color is changing?

I have a 4 month old Border Collie named Milo. About a month ago i noticed that he had gotten a little bit of brown fur in his ears. Than last night i was brushing him and i noticed that his back legs are turning brown. He has white feet and above the white fur it's turning brown. This morning it was a really light tan color but now it's a darker brown. Also on the left side of his muzzle he's getting brown fur about the white fur. Does this mean he's going to get more brown fur? I actually always wanted a tri colored Border Collie and i'm pretty excited for more brown fur to come!(:

Why does my laptop freeze when i lift it?

I have a gateway laptop MN: W323-UL1 M: MX3230 and every time i lift it to go somewhere else with it, it freezes..so, i have to turn it off and back on but sometimes nothing shows up on the screen, it's just black. i've checked the ram, the hard drive and i've just recently put some more thermal grease on the intel. but it still freezes...sometimes i will lift it barely and it does it. but for some reason when i tighten the screws on the heatsink it. will work just fine. oh! and it only freezes when i lift it on the left side. i hope all that makes sense.

Pain under ribcage right under pectoral muscle?

On Friday I maxed out on power clean squats and bench and was fine at about 8 in the morning later that night at about 11 I got a sudden sharp pain right under my ribcage on my right side and right under the pectoral muscle. It will also stop him from spraying because he won't be so territorial. Which leads into your 2nd concern~ how to get the 3 cats to get along. If he's fixed he'll be more mellow and not trying to mate or dominate them . Also if you keep the 2 new cats in a room with food, water and a litter box for 5-7 days they will have time to get to know each other thru smell & sound safely. Then let the3 of them have supervised time together for a short time a couple times a day till they get used to each other. finally they will be fine and you will have peace in your home. By the way, are your friends cats neutered or spayed? If not you are in for constant fights. And that kitten s life is in danger from your Milo. Un-neutered toms are notorious for killing kittens. And while you are getting him fixed, as long as he still goes outside, get his vaccines updated to prevent rabies, distemper, and many other terrible deadly diseases. I'm well aware this all costs$ and most people are short of that these days, so call you local A.S.P.C.A. or shelter, they are usually reasonably priced. Or call every vet near you and get prices. Why am I stronger than guys who bench 250 when the most I've ever bench was 165?

I am in High School and I don't have weight class nor am I on the football team but I'm stronger than a lot of guys who are who bench 250. I have weights at home and I lift them every day but I cannot afford to buy more weights so I've been lifting 165 since middle school. I can get 165 like 20 times, sometimes a little more. I want to increase my strength so i may take the class next semester.

How to see more results from working out? and other related questions?

I workout every week about 5 times, 4 at the least. my routine is monday-chest/tricep. tuesday-back/biceps. wednesday-legs. thursday- shoulder, forearms, abs. friday-saturday is mostly cardio and maybe a little bit of weights. i used to workout full body monday through thursday and even though its not good i still saw a lot of progress. with the routine i use now i still do see results but not as much and i feel like i lose some of the muscle while the week that i rest that specific muscle. I do take a supplement, syntha-6, but is there anything else that i can do that will get me more results? and my second question was if i do cardio after lifting weights should i drink my protein shirt before the cardio or after?

I really really need help!!?

I have a Border Collie and when he was a puppy he was a really good dog he never jumped on people,never begged,never jumped on the couch,and never bit as hard as he does now. Now he jumps on everyone and always pushes us over and it hurts really bad especially when you hit your head. He begs to if you don't give him any food he starts making a high pitched scream and lunging at you for food. Now he jumps on the couch when you sit down he body slams you really hard takes your whole hand in his mouth and bites down really really hard. I have tooth marks,scratches,and bruises from him. The reason why he does all of this is my grandma. Me and my Border Collie started to form a bond he would stick to my side and never leave me. My grandma is OBSESSED with having dogs like her. If they don't like her the most she DOES EVERYTHING to get them to like her the most. Every dog we got ended up being my grandma's dog it makes me cry every time. I finally got Milo and payed with for him with my own money.Once our bond started to form my grandma started to feed him lots and lots of human food. He started to beg. She would grab him by the paws and dance with him. She would make him jump on her by saying up up on me on me!! She would pat the couch and drag and him up there and she would let Milo bite her I told her that she needs to stop. She didn't though she thinks it's hilarious that he acts like this. I cry every night because of this I wanted a dog so bad but he ended up turning out to be a bad dog and to love my grandma the most now she says "come to mommy miwo!" it hurts alot. And please don't say it's your fault or it's unfair to blame your grandma! My whole family agrees with me my aunt said "she pretty much taught him how to be the bad dog he is today". I try everynight to get him to stop but it's really hard when my grandma keeps letting him do this stuff. I guess the upbringing wasn't strict enough, that sorry to say your daughters have climb over your head in another word spoilt brats. Punishments should be given at the correct timing. Eg. When they complain the dirtiness make them clean it. Wasting the marshmallows, make them pay for it etc. There's many ways to control those situation but you kind of let them slip. I'm not a mom, but i'm the eldest in the family. My aunt have issues with her kids to. I manage to control them. From them i learn that you have to be very firm, to show your daughters that you cannot be pushed.

To clarify I eat 2600 calories to maintain, I would need to eat 6100 calories in one day which would be about 11 Big Macs. So to answer your question to prevent weight gain and maintain your weight all you have to do is exercise. When you exercise it burns calories preventing those extra calories that you eat from accumulating to sum of 3500 calories which is 1 lb. So stop with the binge it is not necessary just start an exercise program.

So for the past 2 months or so I have been alternating running 4 miles and lifting with 45 mins of aerobic dance the next day with yoga and the next day doing circuits for 30 mins along with push ups and leg and ab exercises and basically rotating through those every week with a rest day every 2 weeks. I also have been limiting myself to about 1200-1600 calories a day and I am 5'8 and fluctuate between 140 and 145 lbs and I really want to get down to 135 lbs but my weight hasn't changed at all and its not because of muscle gain because I do sports and run all year.... help please any tips??? thanks!

i am fifteen in july, and right from when i was little i always had bone cramp in my knees? like where you cant move your knees and they sort of lock, you have to massage it and it really hurts :( since i have got older it has come back only worse and i get the bone lockings in more places than my knees, my back constantly needs a massage and it always aches, my body cracks and stuff when i move even if i lift my arm and its really annoying its embarrasing when people hear me clicking all the time haha. i just want a normal body that i can move about with without aching or hurting. my shoulder blade area is very bad for the aching and i am constantly rubbing them will i have a short life because of this :( x

When he's meowing loudly for no apparent reason, does he have a toy in his mouth? My cat does it because he wants to show it off or he feels lonely and wants a companion to play with. Does he have buddies he can play with? Cats love attention from their owners but sometimes it's nice to have another cat to run around the house with. There is no right time for this and for that. You're right to not want your cat to become huge because it's horrible on their paws. Be sure to limit his intake by giving him a small bowl (a little larger than his head) and only refill it once a day depending on how much he eats and how fast he consumes it. My cat goes ballistic for no reason and starts to bite whoever is playing with him at the time, but honestly, that's just a cat for you. The thing I do is tell him to stop and when he releases, he'll jump down and go about his business like normal. Kittens love to be played with, so play with him as much as he likes. But sometimes, you have to step away and let them nap or groom themselves. Cats who mew loudly and randomly want attention. So if he's got a toy, ask "Milo, is that for mommy? Is that toy for me? Come here, let me see what you've got."

Baby name advice (Long story)?

It is a bit much, but it's really not that uncommon for people to give children two middle names these days. I think that if you are both happy with it then it's a good compromise. While I do think it's a bit much, you also have to consider how rarely a child will have to use their full name. The full name flows really nicely, and if you ever have to pull out the middle name for a child who is in trouble it sounds good and strong.

My Jack Russell started getting vicious with my feet?

He is a year and a half now, and he never did this before ever so its kind of strange and I'm wondering if something is wrong with him? What I've noticed was that before being very hostile towards me and my wife's feet, he was licking them while we would lay in bed. So basically what happens now is that (it always happens when we are in bed, never when we're walking or anything, just in bed) we'll be laying down and Milo our dog would be laying in his usual spot by the foot of our bed. Epiphone PR5E questions?

I'm planning on getting a new guitar soon. i have a yamaha fd01 (acoustic) someone gave me that they had used gently before so the actual guitar is in good shape. but when you play it, it makes all these buzzy noises and vibrations and its annoying the heck out of me. i don't think the previous owner humidifed it. i love milo(the guitar) but i need a new one! i want an electric guitar (Strandard Strat) but i also want a good acoustic too. i've been dreaming about the Epiphone PR5E since november when i started playing. so here's my question : when they say acoustic-ELECTRIC, does that mean if you have a proper amp with all the doohickies, can you use all the different features on the amp? what im trying to say is, when you have an electric guitar you can make sound diffferent sounds like those long vibratos and hard sounding bends. can you do that with the pr5e? sorry my wording isnt so good.

idk if she slammed it or what? i noticed it was lifting from her skin so i started putting peroxide on it every now and then. after her baths i put a band-aid around it so its been fine. she hasn't been complaining, no blood or anything and she actually pulled it off herself! i was watching her from the kitchen and i almost yanked my hair out by the roots!! geez!...she gave me her whole little toenail and her toe just looks so plump and weird it kinda looks like one is growing already but it doesn't look right i guess ill just have to wait and see i put neosporin and another band-aid shes fine but i jus wanna know why does this happen sometimes? this is the second time its happened to her. same thing probably about a yr ago. does she need iron or potassium just curious.. this seems pretty common to me? happen to anybody's little one? any advice is good! thanxxxxx bunches byee ;)

Fastest weight loss in 30 days?

I enter school again on august 8 and i want to come back as a changed guy. I really want to loose as much weight as possible. I weigh 166 lb. I lift weights with 30 lb on each hand and i have an elliptical trainer. I'm also looking for any tips. Also i play basketball. Please please. This will mean ALOT to me. :)

Is martial art the answer to the problem that my son have?

Recently, my 13 y/o son got into a fight with a bully. He got punched in the face but he also kicked the other guy's groin (ouch!). Now he wants to pratice a martial art but he doesn't know which one. Any suggestions? I heard about Krav Maga but I can't find any places that teach teens that art in Montreal, Canada.

I have been just going on treadmill for 3 months straight and getting kinda bored, would it be more efficient to treadmill one day and do some lifting another?

I also havebeen doing some of the beach body videos,, the thing is your muscles are getting used to the exercises you do, you need to change it up maybe start going for runs and things like that and one thing that can help is eating fiber!!! It makes you feel alot fuller so you will be using up fat cells but be sure to drink lots of water with fiber

i know that its illegal, and they would get in huge trouble if they actually did harm the animals, but as im watching it, it comes to the scene with sassy in the river, and that's very obviously a cat in distress. Ive been trying to find an answer to whats going on there, but all i find is people saying there's no animal cruelty cause its illegal and such. and just because its illegal, doesn't mean they don't hurt the animals. like Milo and Otis. i used to adore that movie, but now it just makes me sick to watch it. they went through about 30 cats during the making of that movie. so can someone please tell me whats up with homeward bound?

You can either go North or South to avoid Montreal. North means two lane blacktop most of the way rather than four lanes. South really means going through the USA, crossing at Prescott or Cornwall. You'll be surprised at how bad the roads are in the Northern reaches of the USA. I just try to get through Montreal at non-peak hiours..

23 weeks pregnant and pain?

I have a one year old daughter that I can barley take care of because i am in so much pain. I am 23 weeks pregnant. The pain is all over my body I feel like I am 9 months pregnant. I can not do daily activities easily. It hurts to walk and sit on the toilet or couch. I can not lift my legs off the ground to the couch or bed. The doctor said they can not evaluate me in the office to go to the emergency but I do not want to waste my time for them to brush me off and tell me its ligament pain or that's just pregnancy. It hurts so bad I am taking Tylenol 3 for pain and that still isn't helping. Does anyone else feel like this when they were only 5 months pregnant?

Late last year I had to travel to a different state for work related issues for roughly 7 months. I am a single woman with really no responsibilities other than pay my bills. I met a guy who was there for the same reasons and we hit it off pretty well. We started seeing each other and became known as milo and otis because we were inseparable. Shortly after we began having relations together he informed me he was married with a family. I began hearing the pity story that I am sure most married men tell. I am unhappy, my wife is a terrible person, terrible mother etc etc. She complains she is bored and depressed, she doesn't work, I try to tell her to go to college so she will feel better about herself etc etc. I bought into it. I had overheard many phone conversations and had come to believe that he may be right about his wife. After about 2 months of us just being friends and our personal relations starting I became pregnant. I ended up deciding on getting an abortion against my better judgment to protect him and myself from being punished at work. (it is punishable for a married person to have any sexual relationship outside of the marriage and the other person is also punishable) I also knew if I didn't have the procedure done my career would have been put on hold for about a year. I did not want that. Afterwords were still together day and night. There wasnt a moment we werent together. When the time came for me to leave (I was there a few weeks less than he) he drove me to the airport. Upon arrival I had noticed he had started crying, I was already in tears three days before hand. We eventually said our goodbyes and parted ways. We spoke every few days upon me returning home. I haven't talked to him since April. My belief is his wife (whom he also said was leaving him and taking the kids but apparently ended up coming back) saw my number on his phone bill. I have recieved a few blocked calls since I've been home and once while I was still there recieved a call from her, in which she simply said nothing and hung up, followed by a blocked call with the same outcome. He is now stationed in Korea and I have gotten back with an ex that I've been off and on with for 3 years. I know the relationship with the married guy is over but I can't help missing him. I know they say if it seems too perfect its probably not true or whatever but I can't help the way I felt when I was with him. I think about him alot. I wish I could see him. Yet on the other hand I think I resent him for making me hurt the way I am hurting now. I really need help getting over this man and moving on with my life.

How long before judo can be used in self defence?

no one can answer when you can use any style for self defense with out knowing how many hours per week you train and how your instructure teachs they are all difernt but judo rocks for self defense and at your size to be good at self defenses if you have great muscle memory and personal memory youll looking at two belts up before you i would consider you good at self defense that depending on everything can take anywere from 12months to two years but depending on your natural skill you could be good as you sit right now hince why i have trouble being honest in this question with the information givin hope this helps

i hurt my back lifting heavy boxes, i lifted with my back instead of my legs...this was three weeks ago and it's getting worse... i ride a bike to class everyday (3 miles there and 3 miles back), i can't bend over easily i look like a pregnant woman (no offense) trying to bend over and get up easily i fight and struggle to get up...it's just painful,and i'm 18! and at school the desk makes it hurt more....what should i do should i apply heat or ice or something else....

Dumb motorcycle question..?

I am thinking about purchasing a motorcycle and going through the training program soon. The only thing that has kinda got me questioning if now is the right time to get one, is that my apartment doesn't allow motorcycles. i would need to store it in my apartment (which i am ok with). i live on the first floor, but my question is if it is feasible to lift/roll my bike everyday over an 8" curb outside? will it damage the bike? i obviously don't know too much about them, but i am a learn as i go kind of person...

Will I set the alarms off at airport security?

It will most likely go off. They have a new type of scanner in most airports now that is more of an xray that rotates around your body so there really is no embarrassment of it going off. They will probably see through the scanner that you have braces and piercings so they won't need to pull you aside. Oherwise flying isn't scary or nervous. Honestly it's not complicated at all. Just keep hold if your ticket all the time and look at the blue boards for your flight number. It's all really easy. Personally it's a lot of fun to fly.

So for the past 2 months or so I have been alternating running 4 miles and lifting with 45 mins of aerobic dance the next day with yoga and the next day doing circuits for 30 mins along with push ups and leg and ab exercises and basically rotating through those every week with a rest day every 2 weeks. I also have been limiting myself to about 1200-1600 calories a day and I am 5'8 and fluctuate between 140 and 145 lbs and I really want to get down to 135 lbs but my weight hasn't changed at all and its not because of muscle gain because I do sports and run all year.... help please any tips??? thanks!

I would be new to Montreal, so I was looking at how I'm going to be commuting and calculating how much I would be spending on it and the OPUS CAM monthly card is around 73 CAD, but I was wondering is the fare for the monthly card meant I could use it as more than once a day for round trips? Or would it deduct the money on the card according to a single trip or round trip or how many times I use the card in a month?
